About the event
Join the Des Moines Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated for a mommy and me movement class. We welcome pregnant, postpartum, glam moms, and kids between 0 - 18 years of age.
Class time includes a welcome, bonding meditation activity, gentle yoga and movements that meet all body types, and a closing affirmation activity. Enjoy a fun playlist for you and your littles with access post-event shared via email.
Parents need to be with their children at all times. For infants, please bring a blanket or newborn nest.
Yoga mats are available first come first serve.
